Product Description

The distributed energy storage system consists of several ESS units and energy intelligent control system. The ESS units integrate energy storage converter, energy storage battery, fire protection system, cooling system and BMS as a whole, which can quickly realize the rapid conversion of AC and DC energy.
Distributed energy storage system canrealize flexible function and capacitystacking like building blocks, andquickly meet different customer needs andapplication environments. High internalintegration effectively reduces thedifficulty of onsite construction,facilitates onsite installation andshortens the project cycle.

Battery Cell: 280Ah lithium iron phosphate battery core with high quality, long cycle life and energy storage.
BMS: BMS cooperates with safety protection technology to ensure the safe operation of energy storage system.
PCS: High-performance modular industrial and commercial energy storage converter (PCS), AC- side coupling, high-efficiency power conversion.
High Voltage Distribution Unit: Integrate advanced intelligent diagnosis and high-voltage distribution management system to monitor the high-voltage connection status in real time.
Fire Protection System: Quick response and efficient fire extinguishing system, daily maintenance-free, with a long validity period of 10 years.
Cooling System: Energy-efficient system design and high-precision environmental control ensure battery performance and cycle life.

Installation Requirements
Site Selection Requirements
Outdoor, well-ventilated environment with no risk of ignition and explosion, avoiding low-lying areas.
The distance between the energy storage system and residential buildings is ≥12m, and the distance between the energy storage system and crowded buildings, such as schools and hospitals, is >30.5 m. If the safety distance cannot be met, a firewall should be installed between the energy storage system and the building.
Requirements for the safety distance between the energy storage system and the production building: Class A ≥ 12m; Class B ≥ 10m; Class C, D, E ≥ 12m (fire-resistant level 1 or 2) or ≥ 10m (fire-resistant level 3)
Site has easy access to transport, reliable fire suppression system equipment Energy storage system > 2km from shore
Grid connection requirement
User-side energy storage is recommended to use the low voltage side of the transformer access mode, a single grid point should not exceed the following limits: 0.4kV access ≤ 1MW, 10kV access ≤ 6MW, 20kV access ≤ 12MW, 35kV access ≤ 30MW.
High-supply low-meter only allows low voltage side grid connection; high-supply high-meter can choose either low voltage side grid connection or high voltage side grid connection.
Parallel network points should be set up in the user substation (office) at the high-voltage and low-voltage bus, should not be set up in the user's power supply lines and low-voltage feeder lines, and should not be set up in the workshop power distribution room high-voltage bus and the end of the power distribution room (box) .
0.4kV grid-connected in principle, a transformer to set up a grid-connected point; single transformer capacity of 2000kVA and above, can increase a grid-connected point.
10 (20) kV and above grid-connected in principle, a bus to set up a grid-connected point; 10 kV step-up transformer single capacity in principle does not exceed 2500 kVA, can be through multiple transformers step-up convergence and then merged into 10 (20) kV buses
Foundation requirements
Meet the energy storage cabinet mounting dimensions and load-bearing requirements.
Meet local historical maximum rainfall drainage requirements.
Foundations must be above the local historic high water level and at least 300mm above grade.
Horizontal error of the contact surface between the foundation and the cabinet of the energy storage equipment ≤3mm.
